基于玄武岩纤维的再生混凝土性能试验分析 被引量:2

摘要 为探究再生混凝土在掺入玄武岩纤维后的力学和耐久性能变化,以玄武岩纤维作为研究对象,开展力学性能与干燥收缩试验,从抗压与抗折强度、干燥收缩性能以及抗氯离子渗透性能等角度出发,对比分析了不同玄武岩纤维质量分数对再生混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明:在玄武岩纤维质量分数低于3%时,再生混凝土的力学和耐久性能均可得到显著改善;当玄武岩纤维质量分数超过3%时,再生混凝土的抗折强度、干燥收缩性能以及抗氯离子渗透性能的提升效果不再明显,且抗压强度存在一定程度的下降。因此,为实现最佳的再生混凝土力学及耐久性能改善效果,玄武岩纤维质量分数选择3%为宜。 In order to explore the mechanical and durability changes of recycled concrete after adding basalt fibers,taking basalt fibers as the research object,through carrying out mechanical properties and dry shrink⁃age tests,from the perspective of compressive and flexural strength,dry shrinkage performance and chloride ion permeability resistance,the influence of basalt fibers mass fraction on recycled concrete was compared and analyzed.The test results show that when the mass fraction of basalt fibers is less than 3%,the mechani⁃cal and durability properties of recycled concrete can be significantly improved;when the mass fraction of basalt fibers is more than 3%,the flexural strength,dry shrinkage and chloride ion permeability of recycled concrete will not improve significantly with the continuous addition of fibers,and the compressive strength will decrease to a certain extent.Therefore,in order to achieve the best mechanical and durability improve⁃ment effect of recycled concrete,the mass fraction of basalt fibers should be 3%.
