成人学习者个体因素对终身学习参与的影响研究——基于PIAAC数据的结构方程模型分析

摘要 随着终身学习全球化进程的推进,终身学习参与的不平等问题引起了国际社会的广泛关注。已有研究指出了影响成人终身学习参与的诸多因素,但对各个因素间的作用机制探讨不足。以国际成人能力评估项目(PIAAC)中的美国数据为研究样本,基于结构方程模型,探究了成人学习者个体受教育程度、学习动机、基本技能与终身学习参与之间的关系。研究发现,受教育程度、学习动机、基本技能对成人终身学习参与均具有显著正向影响;学习动机、基本技能对受教育程度影响终身学习参与具有显著中介效应。上述结论有利于进一步理解成人终身学习参与的内在复杂规律,为审视终身学习中的社会正义问题提供了实证依据。 With the advancement of the globalization of lifelong learning,the inequality of lifelong learning participation has attracted extensive international attention.Many factors affecting adults lifelong learning participation have been found in previous studies,but the mechanism among factors needs to be further explored.Based on American data in Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies(PIAAC),this paper used structural equation model to explore the relationship among adults education level,learning motivation,basic skills and lifelong learning participation.The results showed that education level,learning motivation and basic skills had significant positive effects on adults lifelong learning participation.Meanwhile,learning motivation and basic skills had significant mediating effects on lifelong learning participation through education level.These conclusions are conducive to further understanding the inherent complex laws of adults lifelong learning participation,and also provide evidence for examining the issue of social justice in lifelong learning.
