摘要
COMET职业能力测评理论融合行动导向、发展性任务、职业能力和工作过程等职业教育理论,以判断被测者在特定职业领域中完成整体工作任务时所达到的职业能力水平。我国职教教师职业资格认证制度是促进教师专业发展的重要制度安排,需要厘定“双师型”教师专业标准的发展脉络、政策实践、认定标准及指标维度等方面内容,借鉴COMET能力模型,提出“双师型”教师专业标准的构建框架和发展建议。
The design-centered COMET(Competence Measurement Theory),which integrates the vocational education theories such as action orientation,developmental tasks,occupational abilities and working processes,is applied to judge the tested person s level of occupational ability in a specific industrial field,when the tested person completes the overall work.The professional qualification certification system of vocational college teachers is an important institutional arrangement to promote the professional development of teachers in China.Therefore,it is necessary to determine the development context,such as development sequence,policy practice,identification standards and index dimensions of professional standards of“Double-Qualified”teachers.This paper puts forward the construction framework and development suggestions of professional standards of“Double-Qualified”teachers based on COMET.
