高低温环境对碳纤维增强塑料力学性能的影响研究

摘要 通过对T800碳纤维(单向)增强塑料在-50~200℃范围内不同温度下0°方向和90°方向拉伸性能、0°方向和90°方向压缩性能的测试,分析了温度对拉伸性能和压缩性能的影响,得到了T800碳纤维增强塑料的拉伸性能和压缩性能随温度的变化规律。结果表明:T800碳纤维增强塑料在-50℃和-40℃下0°拉伸强度和0°压缩强度均有相应提高,0°拉伸弹性模量和0°压缩弹性模量变化不明显;当测试温度达到150~200℃时,0°拉伸性能和0°压缩性能下降较为显著;90°拉伸性能和90°压缩性能在-50~200℃范围内随温度的升高呈现直线下降趋势。 The mechanical properties of T800 carbon fiber reinforced plastics,such as 0°and 90°tensile properties and compressive properties were tested at different test temperatures ranging from-50℃to 200℃.The influence of temperature on tensile and compressive properties was analyzed.The dependancy of tensile and compressive properties of T800 carbon fiber reinforced plastics on temperature was obtained.The results showed that at-50℃and-40℃,the 0°tensile strength and 0°compressive strength of T800 carbon fiber reinforced plastics increased correspondingly,but the 0°tensile modulus of elasticity and 0°compressive modulus of elasticity did not change significantly.When the test temperature reached 150~200℃,the 0°tensile and compressive properties decreased significantly,while the 90°tensile and compressive properties showed a straight downward trend with the increase of temperature in the range of-50~200℃.
