空气悬浮风机在玻纤污水处理的节能降噪的应用 被引量:1

摘要 通过对空气悬浮风机结构的研究,结合空气悬浮风机与多级离心风机在玻纤污水处理中的实际案例进行分析,验证了空气悬浮风机在玻纤污水处理中的应用效果。结果表明:在污水处理相同的运行条件下,空气悬浮风机比多级离心风机节能大约17%,同时具有节能环保、低噪音、低振动、运行可靠、维护保养工作量小等优点,并且设备体积小、自动化程度高、便于安装和操作,满足工艺需求,适合在玻纤污水处理行业中推广使用。 Based on the study of the structure of air suspension fan combined with the case analysis of air suspension fan and multi-stage centrifugal fan in the glass fiber wastewater treatment,this paper verifies the application effect of air suspension fan in glass fiber wastewater treatment.The results show that under the same operating conditions in the company's wastewater treatment,the air suspension fan can save about 17%energy compared with multi-stage centrifugal fan,and has the advantages of energy saving,environmental protection,low noise,low vibration,reliable operation and low maintenance workload as well as compact equipment,high automation,easy installation and operation,which meet the process requirements and prove to be suitable to expand use in the fiberglass wastewater treatment sector.
