基于双目视觉的纸箱识别与规格尺寸确认研究 被引量:1

摘要 为确认来料3种纸箱的不同规格尺寸,基于双目视觉对纸箱识别与规格尺寸确认。搭建双目视觉系统,对双目相机进行标定和校正,获得双目相机的内参和外参;基于OpenCV对采集到的图像通过滤波函数进行去噪处理;而后对去噪后的图像进行立体匹配,得到纸箱的视差图,对3种不同纸箱视差图长度方向的尺寸进行测量。实验结果表明:对3种不同纸箱长度方向的测量误差分别为2.98%,4.05%和4.90%。基于双目视觉对纸箱长度尺寸的识别,满足对纸箱形状尺寸确认的使用要求。 In order to confirm different specifications and sizes of three incoming cartons,carton identification and specification and size confirmation are carried out based on binocular vision.A binocular vision system is built up,binocular camera is calibrated and corrected to obtain the internal and external parameters of the binocular camera.Denoising processing of collected image is carried out through filter function based on OpenCV.Then,stereo matching of denoised image is carried out to obtain the parallax map of the carton,and measure the dimensions in the length direction of three different carton parallax maps.The experimental results show that the measurement errors of three different carton length directions are 2.98%,4.05%and 4.90%,respectively.The recognition of carton length and size based on binocular vision meets the requirements of carton shape and size confirmation.
