黄河龙羊峡至刘家峡区间主要梯级水库洪水调度研究

摘要 目前黄河上游防洪任务主要通过龙羊峡、刘家峡水库联合调度完成,随着龙羊峡、刘家峡水库按设计汛限水位运用,兼顾黄河上游中小洪水的防洪能力相应减弱。通过挖掘龙羊峡至刘家峡区间拉西瓦、李家峡、公伯峡、积石峡主要梯级水库的防洪潜力,将区间梯级水库纳入黄河上游防洪统一调度,可有效缓解黄河上游防洪压力。经研究,梯级水库参与防洪调度后,不同方案可将现状龙羊峡、刘家峡两库兼顾水库下游河道防洪安全的10 a一遇控制下泄流量由3 700 m^(3)/s减小至3 200~3 500 m^(3)/s。梯级水库参与防洪调度后,使刘家峡水库下泄流量更为均匀,梯级水库大流量下泄时长增加,从而减小了发电弃水概率,增加了梯级电站发电量。 The joint operation of Longyangxia and Liujiaxia Reservoirs has realized the flood control in the upper reaches of the Yellow River.With the application of Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs according to the design flood limit level,the flood control capacity of medium and small floods in the upper reaches of the Yellow River has been weakened accordingly.By tapping the flood control potential of Laxiwa,Lijiax⁃ia,Gongboxia and Jishixia reservoirs between Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs,the flood control pressure in the upper reaches of the Yellow River can be effectively relieved.The results show that,Laxiwa,Lijiaxia,Gongboxia and Jishixia reservoirs taking part in flood opera⁃tion reduce the 10⁃year safe discharge of the downstream river from 3700 m^(3)/s to 3200~3500 m^(3)/s.Moreover,the cascade power generation has been increased due to the increased large flow discharge duration increased and the volume of cascade surplus water will be decreased.
