海军某舰艇部队官兵心理健康状况调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of proactive mental health status in certain naval afloat unit

目的利用Excel自动化计算功能设计心理测评量表,分析该量表调查海军某舰艇部队官兵心理健康结果的可行性,建立主动式心理服务工作流程,提高海军官兵心理健康水平。方法通过成立心理服务团队,利用Excel自动化计算功能整合90项症状自评量表(SCL⁃90)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)心理调查问卷。对27名自愿参与心理调查的海军官兵进行心理测评,分析结果后定向反馈并进行一对一和面对面的心理咨询。结果“37℃码头”心理服务团队利用Excel整合SCL⁃90、SDS、SAS及PSQI心理测评问卷,27名官兵SCL⁃90总分为(131.48±33.54)分,SAS总分为(40.56±5.11)分,SDS总分为(44.93±8.27)分,PSQI总分为(6.30±3.52)分。SCL⁃90总分超过160分的共5人,占比19%;阳性项目数超过43项共7人,占比26%;任一因子超过2分的共7人,占比26%;10个因子中,“强迫”和“人际关系敏感”因子阳性人数最多,均为6人。SAS测评发现,1人为轻度焦虑,占比3.7%。SDS测评发现,5人为轻度抑郁,占比18.5%。睡眠质量异常共9人,占比33.3%。结论建立了主动式心理服务工作流程,发现官兵中“强迫”和“人际关系敏感”因子阳性人数较多,睡眠质量异常较为普遍。自行设计的心理调查问卷及心理测评报告表和心理服务团队logo“37℃码头”具有自主知识产权,也为利用Excel开发集测评、分析和报告自动化于一体的心理测评问卷提供了新思路。

Objective To design the psychological assessment scale by using Excel,to analyze the the feasibility of psychological survey results of naval personnel,and to establish the workflow of active psychological service,so as to improve the mental health of the naval personnel.Methods First,a psychological service team was established,and the symptom checklist⁃90(SCL⁃90),self⁃rating depression scale(SDS),self⁃rating anxiety scale(SAS)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were integrated into psychological questionnaire forms by using Excel automatic calculation function.Then,psychological assessment was made among the 27 voluntary naval personnel and orientated feedback was rendered to the subjects after analysis of the obtained results.Finally,interviews were made in the form of one⁃to⁃one,face⁃to⁃face psychological counseling.Results The psychological service team nicknamed as the 37℃dock performed the psychological assessment survey among the 27 naval personnel by using the integrated SCL⁃90,SDS,SAS and PSQI,and the average scores of SCL⁃90,SAS,SDS and PSQI were 131.48±33.54,40.56±5.11,44.93±8.27 and 6.30±3.52,respectively.Of the 160,5 people whose total scores were over 160 for the SCL⁃90,with a detection rate of 19%.There were 7 persons who had more than 43 positive items,with a detection rate of 26%.There were also 7 persons whose any obtained scores were more than 2,with a detection rate of 26%.In the 10 factors,there were 6 people whose positive compulsion and interpersonal sensitivity were most prominent.In addition,SAS assessment revealed that 1 person was diagnosed as mild anxiety,with a detection rate of 3.7%.The SDS assessment revealed that 5 persons were diagnosed to have mild depression,with a detection rate of 18.5%.9 persons were diagnosed as having abnormal sleep in PSQI test,with a detection rate of 33.3%.Conclusions The study has established the workflow of active psychological service.Results showed that there were relatively more people who have higher positive factors in‘compulsion’and‘interpersonal sensitivity’among the the naval personnel,and people with abnormal sleep are commonly seen.The self⁃designed psychological questionnaire,psychological assessment report form and the logo of psychological service team(nicknamed as 37℃dock)have independent intellectual property rights.Additionally,the study also provides a new approach for the development of psychological assessment questionnaire integrated with the function of evaluation,analysis and automatic report by using Excel.
