摘要
文章结合新疆高校能源服务工程专业的建设性需求,讨论高校在开展人才培养时,结合当地产业形势背景来开展应用型人才培养,经过培养的高校大学生毕业后能从事能源服务项目规划、设计、建设类工作,以培养满足国家和企业的能源服务发展战略需求的专业人才。
This paper combined with the constructive needs of the energy service engineering professional,discuss the talent training in Xinjiang universities,combine the local industry situation background to develop applied talent training,after training of college students after graduation can engage in energy service project planning,design,construction work,in order to meet the needs of national and enterprise energy service development strategy of professional talents.
