摘要
某电厂EDI装置在给水泵入口压力提高和维持不变的情况下,EDI产水母管流量呈明显下降趋势。经排查EDI装置入口水质存在波动,化验出二级反渗透入口所加的氢氧化钠纯度不符合标准要求,同时分析出EDI装置入口水质含有微量氧化性物质,其逐步氧化降解EDI树脂,进而影响EDI产水流量。
Under the condition that the inlet pressure of the feedwater pump is increased and maintained in the EDI device of a power plant,the flow rate of the meduse-producing tube decreases obviously.After checking the fluctuation of water quality at the entrance of EDI device,it was found that the purity of sodium hydroxide added at the secondary reverse osmosis entrance did not meet the standard requirements.At the same time,it was analyzed that the water quality at the entrance of EDI device contained trace oxidizing substances,which gradually oxidized and degraded EDI resin,thus affecting the EDI discharge water flow.
