舒肝解郁胶囊联合盐酸舍曲林治疗老年抑郁症患者的疗效分析

Curative Effect Analysis of Shugan Jieyu Capsule Combined with Sertraline Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Senile Depression Patients

目的:研究舒肝解郁胶囊联合盐酸舍曲林治疗老年抑郁症患者的疗效。方法:选择2021年1月—2022年6月我院收治的105例老年抑郁症患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组53例和观察组52例。对照组单用盐酸舍曲林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗,比较两组临床疗效、自杀意念、睡眠质量及血清指标。结果:观察组总有效率为96.15%,高于对照组的77.36%(P<0.05);观察组对自杀者的态度评分、对自杀者家属的态度评分、对自杀行为性质的认识评分及对安乐死的态度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组日间功能障碍评分、睡眠质量评分、催眠药物评分、睡眠障碍评分、睡眠效率评分、入睡时间评分和睡眠时间评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组5-HT、BDNF、NE和DA水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒肝解郁胶囊联合盐酸舍曲林治疗老年抑郁症患者的疗效显著,可降低患者自杀意念,改善睡眠质量,值得临床应用。

Objective:To study the efficacy of Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with sertraline hydrochloride in the treatment of elderly patients with depression.Methods:A total of 105 elderly patients with depression who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected,and divided into a control group of 53 cases and an observation group of 52 cases according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with sertraline hydrochloride alone,and the observation group was treated with Shuganjieyu Capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,suicidal ideation,sleep quality and serum indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.15%,which was higher than 77.36%of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of attitude towards suicide,attitude towards family members of suicide,understanding of the nature of suicide and attitude towards euthanasia in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The daytime dysfunction score,sleep quality score,hypnotic drug score,sleep disorder score,sleep efficiency score,sleep time score and sleep time score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of 5-HT,BDNF,NE and DA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with sertraline hydrochloride in the treatment of elderly patients with depression has obvious therapeutic effect,which can reduce the suicide ideation of patients and improve the sleep quality,and is worthy of clinical application.
