Cox-IMCHB运动干预辅助SGLT-2抑制剂治疗糖尿病肾病的效果

Effect of Cox-IMCHB Exercise Intervention Assisted SGLT-2 Inhibitor in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:探讨Cox-IMCHB运动干预应用于进行钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白2(SGLT-2)抑制剂治疗的糖尿病肾病(DN)患者的效果。方法:将我院2020年8月-2022年8月收治的82例DN患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=41)。两组均给予SGLT-2抑制剂治疗,对照组进行常规护理和康复运动,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于Cox-IMCHB理论的运动干预,观察两组血糖情况[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)]、肾功能[血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)]、自我管理行为[糖尿病自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)评分]。结果:干预3个月后,观察组FPG、2 hPG、SCr、BUN水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SDSCA评分各维度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对使用SGLT-2抑制剂治疗的DN患者进行Cox-IMCHB运动干预可以降低血糖水平,改善肾功能,提高自我管理能力。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Cox-IMCHB exercise intervention on diabetic nephropathy(DN)patients treated with sodium-glucose cotransporter 2(SGLT-2)inhibitors.Methods:A total of 82 patients with DN admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=41)according to the random number table method.Both groups were treated with SGLT-2 inhibitors.The control group received routine nursing and rehabilitation exercise.The observation group was given exercise intervention based on Cox-IMCHB theory on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose[fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)],renal function[serum creatinine(SCr),urea nitrogen(BUN)]and self-management behavior[diabetes self-management behavior scale(SDSCA)score]were observed in the two groups.Results:After 3 months of intervention,the levels of FPG,2 hPG,SCr and BUN in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The SDSCA scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cox-IMCHB exercise intervention for DN patients treated with SGLT-2 inhibitors can reduce blood glucose levels,improve renal function,and improve self-management ability.
