摘要
目的:利用响应面法对萱草花总生物碱提取工艺加以优化。方法:研究单因素试验遴选影响萱草花总生物碱提取工艺的因素和水平,并采用Box-Behnken试验设计法对其总生物碱提取工艺进行优化。结果:萱草花总生物碱最佳提取条件:乙醇浓度75%、超声时间及超声温度为15 min、35℃,料液比1∶10(g/ml),取总生物碱2.58 mg/g。结论:优选萱草花总生物碱提取工艺具有可行性。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of total alkaloids from Hemerocallis fulva by response surface methodology.Methods:The factors and levels affecting the extraction process of total alkaloids from Hemerocallis fulva were selected by single factor experiment,and the extraction process of total alkaloids was optimized by Box-Behnken design.Results:The optimum extraction conditions of total alkaloids from Hemerocallis fulva were as follows:ethanol concentration was 75%,ultrasonic time was 15 min,solid-liquid ratio was 1:10(g/ml),ultrasonic temperature was 35℃,and the total alkaloids extraction amount was 2.58 mg/g.Conclusion:The optimized extraction process of total alkaloids from Hemerocallis fulva is reasonable and feasible.
