基于认知-信念-行为理念的全面早期康复护理在脑动脉瘤患者术后用药期间的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Early Rehabilitation Nursing Based on Cognitive-belief-behavior Concept in Patients with Cerebral Aneurysm During Postoperative Medication

目的:探讨基于认知-信念-行为(CBB)理念的全面早期康复护理对脑动脉瘤手术患者服药依从性的影响。方法:以计算机分组法将我院2021年1月-2022年6月102例脑动脉瘤术后分为常规组(n=51)和优化组(n=51)。常规组采用常规护理,优化组采用基于CBB理念的全面早期康复护理,观察两组自我管理能力、服药依从性以及预后恢复情况。结果:优化组自我管理各项评分、服药总依从率、MMSE、ADL评分高于常规组,NIHSS评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:基于CBB理念的全面早期康复护理能够提高脑动脉瘤手术患者服药依从性和自我管理能力,促进预后恢复。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive early rehabilitation nursing based on cognitive-belief-behavior(CBB)concept on medication compliance of patients undergoing cerebral aneurysm surgery.Methods:From January 2021 to June 2022,102 patients with cerebral aneurysms were divided into routine group(n=51)and optimization group(n=51)by computer grouping method.The routine group was given routine nursing,and the optimization group was given comprehensive early rehabilitation nursing based on CBB concept.The self-management ability,medication compliance and prognosis recovery of the two groups were observed.Results:The scores of self-management,total medication compliance,MMSE and ADL in the optimization group were higher than those in the routine group,and the NIHSS score was lower than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive early rehabilitation nursing based on CBB concept can improve the medication compliance and self-management ability of patients with cerebral aneurysm surgery,and promote prognosis recovery.
