摘要
以某矿山法隧道施工为依托,结合工程地质条件、高压输油管现状、周边环境等多方面因素,对钻爆法施工下穿高压输油管过程中可能存在的安全风险分解后列出详细风险清单,并给出输油管线现状评估、数值模拟分析、爆破方案调整、超前地质预报和监控量测等多方面管控措施。下穿过程的各类监控量测数据显示,本隧道下穿储油设施的风险管控措施切实可行,钻爆法隧道近距离穿越高压输油管线的风险可控,在隧道穿越过程中,最大爆破振速为0.93cm·s-1,位于掌子面正上方,小于振速控制标准值。爆破影响范围约掌子面前后50m内。为后续类似隧道下穿施工提供了有效借鉴和建议。
This paper presents a case history of the construction of a mining tunnel.After a full communication with the relevant property owners,the evaluation combined with engineering geological conditions,the existing conditions of oil pipelines,surrounding environment and other factors.This paper decomposes the potential safety risks while drilling and blasting underneath the high-pressure oil pipeline to prepare a detailed risk list and proposes various management and control measures such as status assessment of oil pipelines.The numerical simulation analyses,blasting plan adjustments,advanced geological forecast 535and monitoring are also performed.The monitoring data during the under-crossing process shows that the risk management and control measures for the under-crossing oil pipelines in this tunnel are practical and feasible,which provides the effective references and targeted suggestions for future similar tunnel constructions.
