曼陀罗绘画心理疗法用于酒精所致精神和行为障碍患者对其心理状态及戒酒情况的影响

Effects of mandala painting psychotherapy on psychological states and alcohol abstinence in patients with alcohol-induced mental and behavioral disorders

目的:分析曼陀罗绘画心理疗法用于使用酒精所致精神和行为障碍患者对心理状态及戒酒情况的影响。方法:选取山东省戴庄医院2018年10月至2022年1月期间收治的90例酒精所致精神和行为障碍患者以随机数字表法分为常规组和绘画组各45例,常规组患者实施常规心理干预,绘画组患者实施曼陀罗绘画心理疗法干预,两组患者均干预6个月,并进行电话随访。比较干预前后两组患者心理状态〔简明精神病量表(BPRS)〕、自我控制能力〔自我控制量表(SCS)〕、营养情况〔主观整体营养评估量表(PG-SGA)〕、生活质量〔生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)〕;比较干预期间两组患者戒酒情况。结果:干预6个月后两组患者BPRS、PG-SGA评分较干预前明显降低,且绘画组显著低于常规组(P<0.05);两组患者SCS、GQOLI-74评分较干预前明显提高,且绘画组显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预期间,绘画组患者戒酒情况优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:曼陀罗绘画心理疗法用于酒精所致精神和行为障碍患者可改善其心理状态,提高患者自我控制能力及戒酒效果。

Objective To analyze the effects of mandala painting psychotherapy on psychological states and alcohol abstinence in patients with alcohol-induced mental and behavioral disorders.Methods A total of 90 patients with alcohol-induced mental and behavioral disorders who were treated in Shandong Daizhuang Hospital from October 2018 to January 2022 were selected and divided into routine group and painting group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The routine group received routine psychological intervention,while the painting group was treated with mandala painting psychotherapy intervention,and both groups were intervened for 6 months and followed up by telephone.The psychological states〔Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)〕,self-control ability〔Self-Control Scale(SCS)〕,nutritional status〔Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment(PG-SGA)〕and quality of life〔Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)〕before and after intervention and alcohol abstinence during intervention were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After 6 months of intervention,the BPRS and PG-SGA scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before intervention,and the scores in painting group were significantly lower than those in routine group(P<0.05).The scores of SCS and GQOLI-74 were significantly enhanced in both groups compared to before intervention,and the scores were significantly higher in painting group than routine group(P<0.05).During intervention,the alcohol abstinence of patients in painting group was better than that in routine group(P<0.05).Conclusions Mandala painting psychotherapy for patients with alcohol-induced mental and behavioral disorders can improve the psychological states,improve the self-control ability and alcohol-abstinence effect.
