碳达峰目标下甘肃省能源效率评价及影响因素研究

Research on energy efficiency evaluation and influencing factors in Gansu Province based on carbon peak target

运用基于非期望产出超效率的SBM模型,测算了西部省份2000—2020年的能源效率,将甘肃省能源效率与其他西部省份能源效率均值进行对比分析,以明晰甘肃省能源效率现状;在此基础上,以甘肃省能源效率测算结果为基础,运用Tobit回归模型,分析了甘肃省能源效率的影响因素。结果表明,西部省份能源效率水平整体较低,在2000年后呈现下降趋势并在2016年后呈现上升趋势,整体之间也存在差异性;甘肃省能源效率相较于西部地区较低,但呈现出较好的增长趋势;经济发展水平、技术进步和环境规制对甘肃省能源效率起正向作用;城镇化水平、能源消费和产业结构降低能源效率。

This article applies the SBM model based on unexpected output super-efficiency to measure the energy efficiency of western provinces(2000—2020),and based on the measurement results,uses the Tobit regression model to analyze the influencing factors of energy efficiency in Gansu Province.The results show that the overall energy efficiency level of western provinces is relatively low,and it has been declining since 2000 and has shown an upward trend since 2016,with differences among different regions.Compared with other western regions,the energy efficiency of Gansu Province is relatively low,but it shows a good growth trend.Among the influencing factors,the level of economic development,technological progress,and environmental regulations have a positive effect on energy efficiency,while the level of urbanization,energy consumption,and industrial structure have a negative effect on energy efficiency.
