煤矿地下水库的建设成本优势及经济效益分析 被引量:1

Analysis on construction cost advantage and economic benefit of underground reservoir in coal mine

摘要 西部煤炭的大规模开采对地下水资源产生了不可抑制的破坏,为实现地下水资源的低成本处理和资源化利用,神东矿区创造性地利用采空区建设地下水库对煤炭开采过程中产生的矿井水进行储存和净化。为了厘清煤矿地下水库技术的经济性,通过实地考察、问卷调研等形式,研究了神东某矿区地下水库的建设和运行情况,系统分析了矿区地下水库的建设运行成本以及经济效益来源。通过模拟地下水库的建设和运行案例,构建地下水库经济效益评估模型,分析计算了地下水库的投资成本和节水供水收益,并模拟投资成本和储水量的变化对地下水库经济效益的影响,对地下水库经济项目进行敏感性分析。研究表明,地下水库具有巨大的建设成本优势和长期稳定的经济效益,进一步支持了地下水库技术的大规模推广。 Underground water resources have been irrepressibly damaged due to the large-scale mining of coal in the west.In order to achieve the resourceful treatment and low-cost storage of groundwater resources,the goaf area was creatively used to build underground reservoirs for storing and purifying the mine water in Shendong mining area.In order to clarify the economic advantages of underground reservoirs in coal mines,the construction and operation of underground reservoir in a mining area of Shendong was studied by means of field investigation and questionnaire survey,and puts forward the construction and operation cost and economic benefit sources of underground reservoir in mining area.By simulating the construction and operation of underground reservoirs,a model for evaluating the economic benefits of underground reservoirs was constructed,the investment cost and water-saving water supply benefits of underground reservoirs were analyzed and calculated,and sensitivity analysis was conducted on the economic projects of underground reservoirs by simulating changes in investment cost and water storage capacity.It is concluded that the implementation of underground reservoir technology has huge construction cost advantages and long-term stable economic benefits,which further supports the large-scale promotion of underground reservoir technology.
