基于产教融合的高职院校轨道交通类专业技能型人才培养研究

Research on Skilled Talents Training of Rail Transit Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Integration of Production and Education

在产教融合视域下,高职院校联合轨道交通类产业协同完成高素质人才培养,从课程体系设置、师资培养、实训室建设等方面协同合作,探索高职院校轨道交通类专业技能型人才的培养路径,分析高职院校在相应举措实施过程中存在的问题,以岗位需求为导向培养高素质的技能型人才。

In the perspective of integration of production and education,higher vocational colleges cooperate with rail transit industry to complete high-quality talents training in curriculum system setting,teacher training and construction of training room.The paper explores the training path of rail transit professional skilled personnel in higher vocational colleges,analyzes on the problems existing in the implementation of corresponding measures in higher vocational colleges so as to cultivate high-quality skilled talents oriented by job requirements.
