摘要
小地老虎是重要的地下害虫,为明确红彩瑞猎蝽对小地老虎幼虫的控制作用,丰富小地老虎绿色防控技术方法,对不同虫态的红彩瑞猎蝽对小地老虎3龄幼虫的捕食功能反应、搜寻效应和种群干扰作用进行了研究。结果表明:红彩瑞猎蝽3~5龄若虫和成虫均可捕食小地老虎3龄幼虫,成虫的捕食量最大;不同虫态的红彩瑞猎蝽对小地老虎3龄幼虫的捕食功能反应均符合Holling II型方程,雌成虫对小地老虎3龄幼虫的捕食效能(15.16)和瞬时攻击率(0.47)最高。不同虫态红彩瑞猎蝽对小地老虎3龄幼虫的搜寻效应与小地老虎密度均呈负相关。红彩瑞猎蝽雌成虫种群密度的变化对其捕食干扰作用明显,红彩瑞猎蝽对小地老虎3龄幼虫的平均捕食量和捕食作用率随种群密度的增加而逐渐下降。红彩瑞猎蝽对小地老虎有较好的控制作用,试验结果可为利用红彩瑞猎蝽生物防治小地老虎提供理论依据。
The moth Agrotis ipsilon(Rottemberg)is an important underground pest.In order to explore the predatory ability of Rhynocoris fuscipes(Fabricius)in controlling the larvae of A.ipsilon,the predation ability of different stages of R.fuscipes on 3rd in star larvae of A.ipsilon was studied,and the functional response,searching effect and intraspecific interference effect were investigatedin laboratory conditions.The study revealed that the 3rd,4th,5th instar nymphs and adults of R.fuscipes showed strong predation ability on the larvae of A.ipsilon.The predatory capacity of adults and older nymphs was greater than that of younger nymphs.The predatory functional responses of R.fuscipes to the 3rd instar larvae of the A.ipsilon could be described with type equation of Holling II.The predation efficiency(15.16)and instantaneous attack rate(0.47)offemale adults of R.fuscipes on the 3rd instar larvae of A.ipsilon were the highest.Negative correlation was found in the searching efficiency of R.fuscipes with its prey density.The population density significantly influenced the predatory interference effect of female adults of R.fuscipes,as the average predation quantity and predation rate on the 3rd in star larvae of A.ipsilon gradually decreased with the increasing density of population.The experiments demonstrated that R.fuscipes exhibits a promising potential for controlling A.ipsilon,and the results could provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of A.ipsilon in field.
