摘要
本文研究了提升喷墨数码相纸光泽度的技术手段,根据喷墨数码相纸光泽度的影响机理,从提高氧化铝分散效果获得更小粒径和较窄峰宽、硅氧烷助剂加入提高涂液的流平性两个方面,研究了氧化铝分散剂、硅氧烷助剂对喷墨数码相纸光泽度的影响。实验结果表明氧化铝分散剂的加入量对喷墨数码相纸光泽度有一定提升作用,难以满足市场对光泽度需求,采用硅氧烷助剂加入涂液中明显提升喷墨数码相纸光泽,能够满足市场需求。
This article studies the technical means to improve the glossiness of inkjet digital photo paper.Based on the mechanism of the influence of the glossiness of inkjet digital photo paper,the effects of alumina dispersant and siloxane additive on the glossiness of inkjet digital photo paper were studied from two aspects:improving the dispersion effect of alumina to obtain smaller particle size and narrower peak width,and adding siloxane additive to improve the leveling of the coating liquid.The experimental results show that the addition of alumina dispersant has a certain effect on improving the glossiness of inkjet digital photo paper,which is difficult to meet the market demand for glossiness.The use of siloxane additives in the coating solution significantly improves the glossiness of inkjet digital photo paper,which can meet market demand.
