阶梯状异形斜塔模板支撑体系设计与应用

摘要 为研究倾斜结构支撑体系的受力性能及变化特点,以烟台扬帆广场阶梯状异形斜塔项目为例,针对阶梯状异形斜塔施工难点,对其倾斜支撑体系进行设计。采用ANSYS有限元软件在2种不同工况下,对支撑体系的应力及变形进行数值模拟,理论计算及实践应用结果表明,针对倾斜结构,模板支撑体系增设斜撑后,可较好地满足模板支撑体系的安全性;倾斜混凝土结构竖向分层施工时,考虑已浇筑结构随着养护产生自身强度后,可大幅度降低支撑体系的应力和变形。 In order to study the mechanical performance and variation characteristics of the inclined structure support system,taking the step irregular inclined tower project of Yantai Yangfan Square as an example,aiming at the construction difficulties of the step irregular inclined tower,the inclined support system was designed.The finite element software ANSYS was used to simulate the stress and deformation of the support system under two different working conditions.The results of theoretical calculation and practical application show that the safety of the formwork support system can be better satisfied with the addition of the diagonal brace for the inclined structure.In vertical layering construction of inclined concrete structure,the stress and deformation of support system can be greatly reduced by considering that the poured structure produces its own strength with maintenance.
