大跨度钢框组合结构分形协同建造关键技术

摘要 国家网络安全人才培训中心工程的信息综合楼为大跨度钢框组合结构,以分形理论为核心,将大体量复杂钢框组合结构按门格海绵进行层级分形迭代,分形后的混凝土结构、钢结构和幕墙结构形成了结构稳定的流水段,结合信息熵理论对分形建造方案进行优选,对结构稳定流水段及节点进行技术攻关。对复杂钢框组合结构体系进行基于分形建造的设计优化,并对“主钢结构预先分形安装完成,混凝土结构和幕墙同步分形建造”的方案进行可行性计算,同时结合人工智能算法对基坑边坡稳定性进行安全评估。基于分形理论的钢框组合结构新体系对一体化嵌合式基础、钢骨柱一体化制作与安装、平面分形位移变形调节装置、自相似幕墙结构插槽装置等关键节点进行技术攻关。研究表明,大跨度钢框组合结构分形建造关键技术,能有效降本增效。 The information comprehensive building of National Network Security Talent Training Center is a large-span steel frame composite structure.With the fractal theory as the core,a large number of complex steel frame composite structures are hierarchically fractal iteratively conducted according to the grillage sponge.The concrete structure,steel structure and curtain wall structure after fractal form a stable flow section of the structure.Combined with the information entropy theory,the fractal construction scheme is optimized to conduct technical research on the stable flow section and nodes of the structure.The design optimization of complex steel frame composite structure system based on fractal construction is carried out,and the feasibility calculation of the scheme of“pre-fractal installation of main steel structure and synchronous fractal construction of concrete structure and curtain wall”is carried out.At the same time,the safety evaluation of foundation excavation slope stability is carried out combined with artificial intelligence algorithm.Based on the fractal theory,a new system of steel frame composite structure is developed.The key nodes such as integrated embedded foundation,integrated fabrication and installation of steel column,plane fractal displacement and deformation adjustment device,self-similar curtain wall structure slot device are studied.The research shows that the key technology of fractal construction of large-span steel frame composite structure can effectively reduce cost and increase efficiency.
