摘要
国家网络安全人才培训中心工程的信息综合楼为清水混凝土建筑,深入剖析其施工的技术难点。将清水混凝土按谢尔宾斯基地毯进行分形迭代,形成不同层级的禅缝分形自相似块,与清水混凝土模板、对拉螺栓孔形成映射,精确定位和算量。将清水核心筒多专业复杂系统模型数据上传至数据整合平台进行集成,对清水混凝土复杂工艺与工序进行协同管理,检查有无交叉面、碰撞点和遗漏点,并结合TOPSIS法对清水混凝土设计方案进行优选。通过对模板工程质量、钢筋工程质量、清水混凝土成品保护和关键节点进行精益控制,并对清水混凝土主要构件进行三维可视化交底,实现对清水混凝土建筑的精益建造。清水混凝土建筑协同管理与精益建造关键技术,有效解决了施工过程中的技术难题,保证了工程质量。
The information comprehensive building of National Network Security Talent Training Center project is a plain concrete building,and the technical difficulties of its construction are deeply analyzed and solved.Fair-faced concrete concrete was fractal iterated according to Sierpinski carpet to form different levels of small seam fractal self-similar block,mapping with the fair-faced concrete formwork and the bolt hole,accurate positioning and calculation.The multi-professional complex system model data of the fairfaced core tube was uploaded to the data integration platform for integration,and the complex process and procedure of fair-faced concrete were managed in a collaborative way to check whether there were cross surfaces,collision points and missing points,and the construction scheme of fair-faced concrete was optimized by combining TOPSIS method.Through the lean control of formwork engineering quality,steel bar engineering quality,protection of finished products of fair-faced concrete and key nodes,and the three-dimensional visualization of the main components of fair-faced concrete,the lean construction of fair-faced concrete building is realized.The key technologies of cooperative management and lean construction of fair-faced concrete buildings effectively solve the technical problems in the construction process,and ensure the quality of the project.
