摘要
大跨度悬索桥异形横梁支架拆除作为索塔施工重难点之一,较常规支架拆除难度更大。龙潭长江大桥下横梁底部边缘采用装饰板结构,支架结构类型复杂,拆除工序繁琐,施工难度大,安全隐患多。通过BIM技术搭建参数化模型,基于新拆除方式进行支架拆除施工模拟,合理安排支架拆除顺序、人员及机械站位,使支架拆除施工作业可视化,规避施工安全风险,确保工程质量。
The demolition of special-shaped beam support of long-span suspension bridge is one of the key and difficult points in cable tower construction,which is more difficult than that of conventional support.The bottom edge of the lower beam of Longtan Yangtze River Bridge adopts decorative plate structure.The type of support structure is complex,the demolition process is cumbersome,the construction is difficult and there are many potential safety hazards.This paper establishes the parameter model through BIM technology,the new demolition method is used to simulate the support demolition construction,the sequence of support demolition and the position of personnel and machinery are reasonably arranged,the support demolition construction is visualized,which avoid construction safety risks and ensure the project quality.
