摘要
针对某地铁车站工程地下连续墙钢筋笼桁架焊接产生裂纹问题展开研究,采用控制变量法进行焊接微观试验,试验结果表明,在地下连续墙钢筋笼焊接过程中,通过控制焊接电流大小及施焊方向,可有效减少焊接裂纹出现。基于此,提出了焊接施工工艺的改进措施。
In view of the crack problem caused by the welding of the reinforcement cage truss of diaphragm wall in a subway station project,control variable method was used to carry out the welding microscopic test.The test results show that the welding cracks can be effectively reduced by controlling the welding current and welding direction during the welding of the reinforcement cage of diaphragm wall.Based on this,improvement measures for welding construction technology were proposed.
