基于Romax的双离合精密行星齿轮减速器力学性能分析 被引量:1

摘要 以某数控立式车床用双离合精密行星齿轮减速器为研究对象,通过RomaxDesigner软件建立了减速器仿真模型,并对其传动系统进行了静力学分析,输入轴和输出轴均满足强度要求,轴承满足寿命要求,齿轮的接触疲劳强度和弯曲疲劳符合设计要求。利用Ansys软件对行星架进行了模态分析,获得了前六阶约束模态振型、固有频率和模态振型特征;以传动误差作为振动激励源,对行星齿轮减速器进行了高级啸叫分析,得出在Y方向上的振动加速度最大;最后,通过ODS分析,得出在Y方向的挠曲振型变形量为0.96μm。本研究为齿轮的修形、减少振动、降低噪声提供理论数据。 Taking the double clutch precision planetary gear reducer used in a numerical control vertical lathe as the research object,the reducer simulation model was established by Romax Designer software,and the transmission system was analyzed statically.The input shaft and output shaft meet the strength requirements,the bearing meets the life requirements,and the contact fatigue strength and bending fatigue of the gear meet the design requirements.The modal analysis of the planetary shelf is carried out by Ansys software,and the first six constraint modes,natural frequency and modal mode characteristics are obtained.Taking the transmission error as the vibration excitation source,the advanced roar analysis of planetary gear reducer is carried out,and the vibration acceleration is the largest in the Y direction.Finally,by ODS analysis,the deformation of flexural mode in Y direction is 0.96μm.This study provides theoretical data for gear modification,vibration reduction and noise reduction.
