摘要 为了确保固体火箭发动机地面试验中所需压力传感器的量值准确,需要对其进行定期检定。针对人工检定存在的计量周期长、操作过程繁琐、数据处理工作量大等问题,文中基于系统集成和LabVIEW技术进行多通道压力传感器自动采集系统及数据处理校准软件的研制。检定系统采用系统集成技术将数据采集器、直流稳压电源、数字万用表、工控机进行系统化集成,实现多通道压力传感器的数据采集功能;其次,基于LabVIEW平台开发数据处理校准软件,实现数据自动采集和处理功能,并且对测量结果进行自动判定后得出检定结论。试验测试和实际应用发现,相比之前人工完成检定过程,所设计的检定系统的工作效率提高10倍以上,解决了0.1级及以下、测量范围为-0.1~60 MPa的压力传感器批量送检的问题,保证了检定工作的及时性。检定系统能够保障固体火箭发动机地面试验所需压力传感器的量值准确、可靠,为发动机地面试验测控技术提供技术服务和数据支撑。 In order to ensure the accuracy of the pressure sensors in the ground test of solid rocket motor,it is necessary to calibrate them regularly.In allusion to the problems existing in the manual verification,such as long measurement cycle,tedious operation process and heavy workload of data processing,the automatic acquisition system of multi-channel pressure sensor and the calibration software of data processing are developed based on system integration and LabVIEW technology.The calibration system can systematically integrate the data collector,DC regulated power supply,digital multimeter and industrial computer by means of the system integration technology,so as to realize the data acquisition function of multi-channel pressure sensors.The data processing and calibration software is developed based on LabVIEW platform to realize the function of automatic data acquisition and data processing,and can automatically draw the verification conclusion according to the measurement results.After the test and practical application,it is found that in comparison with the previous manual verification process,the work efficiency of the designed calibration system is increased by more than 10 times,and the problem of batch calibration of pressure sensors with 0.1 level or below and measurement range of-0.1~60 MPa is solved,which ensures the timeliness of calibration work.The calibration system ensures the accuracy and reliability of the pressure sensors needed in the ground test of solid rocket motor,and it provides technical service and data support for the measurement and control technology of the engine ground test.
