摘要
为适配气象系统对于仓库物料拣选的频繁需求,文中采用电子标签和物联网系统对仓库的系统进行升级,设计仓库交互式作业系统和物料拣选系统。电子标签拣选系统具有快速拣选、低错误率和无纸化作业等优点。根据山东省气象局省级物资仓库的实际业务瓶颈,结合电子标签、计算机技术、物联网技术等,设计和构建省级气象物资仓库交互式电子标签拣选系统,实现气象装备出入库、备件拣选、数据统计、预警告警等功能,减少人员成本并降低出错的概率,从而摆脱仓库系统对于管理员的依赖,提高仓储管理的工作效率。
In order to adapt the frequent picking requirements of the meteorological system for warehouse materials,electronic labels and the Internet of Things system are used to upgrade the warehouse system,and the warehouse interactive operation system and material picking system are designed.The electronic label picking system has the advantages of fast picking,low error rate and paperless operation.According to the actual business bottleneck of the provincial material warehouse of Shandong Meteorological Bureau,the interactive electronic label picking system of the provincial meteorological material warehouse is designed and constructed combined with the electronic label,computer technology,Internet of Things technology,etc.,so as to realize the operations of meteorological equipment in and out of the warehouse,spare parts picking,data statistics,early warning alarm,reduce the human cost and the probability of error.It can eliminate the dependence of the warehouse system on administrators,and improve the efficiency of warehouse management.
