摘要 航空结构健康监测技术对保障飞行器安全具有重要意义,载荷和损伤多参量监测是航空结构健康监测的重要监测方法。针对多参量监测数据冗余度大、数据量大、无法统一管理等问题,文中采用LabVIEW平台和Access数据库设计航空结构多参量监测数据库管理软件。首先针对软件功能需求设计软件整体架构,定义数据库内容和文件存储体系;然后开发数据库通信、数据管理和监测标定功能模块;最后设计主界面对各功能模块进行集成。结合典型航空金属耳片结构的载荷及损伤监测实验,采用多参量监测数据对软件功能和性能进行验证,结果表明,所设计软件可以统一存储、管理典型零组件结构多参量监测数据,能够为典型零组件结构实际健康监测提供数据支持。 Aircraft structural health monitoring(SHM)technology is of great significance to ensure aircraft safety,load and damage multi-parameter monitoring is an important monitoring method for SHM in aviation.In allusion to the problem of large redundancy,large amount of data,and inability to unified management of multi-parameter monitoring data,a multi-parameter monitoring database management software for aircraft structure is designed by measn of LabVIEW platform and Access database.The overall software architecture is designed according to the software functional requirement,the database content and file storage system are defined,and then the data communication,data management and monitoring calibration function modules are developed.The main interface is designed to integrate various functional modules.In combiantion of the load and damage monitoring experiments of typical aircraft metal lug structures,the function and performance of the software are verified by multi-parameter monitoring data.The results show that the designed software can store and manage the multi-parameter monitoring data of typical component structures in a unified manner,which can provide data support for the actual health monitoring of typical component structures.
