新型智能开关电源设计与实现

Design and implementation of new intelligent switching power supply

摘要 随着工业技术的进步和产业升级,对电源系统的要求也逐渐提高。文中基于Buck拓扑结构设计硬件的电压和电流反馈电路,并结合多区间校准算法,提出一种大功率、高精度数控电源。通过测试得出,所设计的新型智能开关电源最大功率可达到200 W,输出电压精度误差小于10 mV,电流误差小于10 mA,恒流或恒压参数可通过RS 485通信远程上位机修改。与传统可调电源相比,该开关电源精度较高、校准方便,更便于参数的修改,可广泛应用于产品检测领域。 With the progress of industrial technology and industrial upgrading,higher requirements are put forward for power supply system.The voltage and current feedback circuits of the hardware are designed based on the BUCK topology,and a high-power,high-precision NC power supply is proposed by combining with the multi interval calibration algorithm.The testing results show that the designed new intelligent switching power supply has a maximum power of 200 W,an output voltage accuracy error of less than 10 mV,and a current error of less than 10 mA.The constant current or constant voltage parameters can be modified remotely by means of 485 communication remote upper computer.In comparison with the traditional adjustable power supply,this switching power supply has higher precision,convenient calibration and more convenient parameter modification.It can be widely used in the field of product testing.
