报废晶硅光伏组件回收研究进展浅析

摘要 我国光伏组件回收是处于婴儿期的新兴产业,未来市场空间巨大,预计在2030年左右迎来光伏组件报废的高潮期,如何绿色高效处理报废光伏组件成为新时代的一大难题。介绍了晶硅光伏组件的结构、国内外在组件回收方面的政策法规、组件回收的一般流程及主流方法,分析了多种主流回收方法的发展现状及其优劣势,讨论了目前组件回收在技术、经济和政策上的难点,最后梳理了晶硅光伏组件回收的发展趋势。 PV module recycling is an emerging industry in its infancy in China,with a huge market space in the future.It is expected to meet the peak of pv module scrapping around 2030.How to deal with the scrapping PV module in a green and efficient manner has become a major problem in the new era.The structure of crystalline silicon photovoltaic module and the policies and regulations of module recycling at home and abroad were introduced,the development status and advantages and disadvantages of three mainstream recycling methods were analyzed,the difficulties in technology,economy and policy of module recycling at present was discussed,and finally the development trend of crystalline silicon photovoltaic module recycling was summarized.
