摘要
为了进一步推广再生砖混骨料在实际工程中的应用,本文研究了不同砖混比例(0∶10、2∶8、4∶6、6∶4、8∶2、10∶0)的再生砖混骨料基本性质,并建立了再生砖混骨料基本性质预测模型。首先观察再生砖混骨料表面形貌特征,探究其微观形貌对再生砖混骨料基本性质的影响。然后系统研究了不同砖混比例对再生砖混骨料吸水率、压碎指标、表观密度、堆积密度、针片状含量、空隙率、含水率及微粉含量的影响,并一一对应建立了各基本性质的预测模型,以期在实际工程应用中快速获得再生砖混骨料的基本性质,提高效率。
In order to further promote the application of recycled brick-concrete aggregate in practical engineering,the basic properties of recycled brick-concrete aggregate with different brick-concrete ratios(0∶10,2∶8,4∶6,6∶4,8∶2,10∶0)were studied,and a prediction model was establishedfor the basic properties of recycled brick-concrete aggregate.Firstly,the surface morphology of recycled brick-concrete aggregate was observed,and the influence of its microstructure on the basic properties of recycled brick-concrete aggregate was explored.Then,the effects of different brick-concrete ratios on the water absorption,crushing index,apparent density,bulk density,needle-like content,porosity,water content and micro-powder content of recycled brick-concrete aggregate were systematically studied,and the prediction models of each basic property were established one by one,in order to quickly obtain the basic properties of recycled brick-concrete aggregate in practical engineering applications and improve efficiency.
