摘要
采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶色谱及高压制备色谱等方法对滇重楼[Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis(Franch.)Hand.-Mazz.]根茎部位进行分离纯化。共分离得到10个化合物,分别是棕榈酸(1),pinnatasterone(2),胸苷(3),20-hydroxyecdysone(4),腺嘌呤核苷(5),偏诺皂苷元-3-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖(1→2)-[α-L-阿拉伯呋喃糖(1→4)]-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(6),bis(2-ethylhexyl)benzene-1,2-dicarboxylate(7),薯蓣皂苷(8),2-O-β-D-fructofuranosyl-α-D-allopyranose(9),n-tritetracontan-5α-ol(10)。其中,化合物9为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物7,10为首次从该植物属中分离得到。
To investigate the chemical constituents in the Rhizoma of Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis(Franch.),ten compounds were separated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC.The structures were identified.Ten flavonoids glyceride were isolated and identified as palmitic(1),pinnatasterone(2),Thymidine(3),20-hydroxyecdysone(4),adenosine(5),pennogenin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-[α-Larabinofuranosyl-(1→4)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),bis(2-ethylhexyl)benzene-1,2-dicarboxylate(7),dioscin(8),2-O-β-D-fructofuranosyl-α-D-allopyranose(9),n-tritetracontan-5α-ol(10).Compound 9 was isolated from this plant for the first time and compounds 7 and 10 were isolated from Paris plants for the first time.
