摘要
研究葫芦钻中有机酸类化学成分。用95%乙醇回流提取得到浸膏后,将浸膏分散于温水中,再用不同的有机溶剂萃取,再次得到浸膏。将次浸膏采用反复硅胶柱色谱分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。从葫芦钻中分离得到6个有机酸类化合物,即天师酸((9E)-8,11,12-trihydroxyoctadecenoic acid 1)、壬二酸(azelaic acid 2)、丁香酸(benzoic acid 3)、Glycoric acid(4)、琥珀酸(Succinic acid 5)、香草酸(vanillic acid 6)。化合物1~4首次由该药材中分离得到。
The chemical constituents of the organic acid part from Pothos chinensis was studied.After the extract was obtained by refluxing extraction with 95%ethanol,the extract was dispersed in warm water,and then extracted with different organic solvents to obtain the extract again.The extract were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column and identified on the basis of physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis.Six compounds were isolated and their structureswere identified as(9E)-8,11,12-trihydroxyoctadecen-oic acid(1),azelaic acid(2),benzoic acid(3),Glycoric acid(4),Succinic acid(5),vanillic acid(6).Compounds 1~4 were obtained from Pothos chinensis for the first time.
