Design and Application of Electronic Control on Integrated Equipment(MBR)for Decentralized Domestic Sewage Treatment

目前,在国家的环保政策和农村现有的环境条件下,农村生活污水的处理进程迅速发展。针对农村生活污水处理中污水分散、经费不多、运行监管困难的问题,基于PLC自动控制的污水处理一体化设备可以有效解决这些问题。本文基于MBR工艺,开发出基于PLC控制的系统,运用自动控制运行、精准曝气、自动加药、自动反洗等功能,达到智能控制的目的。该控制系统已经在多个村镇污水工程项目中应用,效果良好。

At present,under the national environmental protection policy and the existing environmental conditions in rural areas,the process of rural domestic sewage treatment is developing rapidly.In view of several problems about rural domestic sewage treatment,scattered sewage,financial difficulties,operation supervision difficulties,integration equipment based on PLC automatic control of sewage treatment,can effectively solve these problems.Based on membrane bio-reactor(MBR)process,a system based on PLC control,using automatic control operation,precise aeration,automatic dosing,automatic backwash and other functions was developed,so as to achieve the purpose of intelligent control.The control system was applied in many rural sewage projects with good results.
