摘要
研究了不同油水比对油基/合成基钻井液体系性能的影响。以中海油田服务股份有限公司钻井液体系MODRILL钻井液为基础,研究了油水比分别为:70∶30、75∶25、80∶20和85∶25条件下,密度为1.25 g/cm^(3)的合成基钻井液性能变化规律。结果发现,随着油水比增加,钻井液的粘度降低;破乳电压增加;高温高压滤失量减小;24 h的沉降因子保持不变,72 h的沉降因子随之降低。同时,以工程招标为例,解释了油水比对调整钻井液流变性的重要意义。
The influence of oil-water ratio on the performance of oil/synthetic drilling fluid system(OBM/SBM)were studied.Based on MODRILL drilling fluid system of China Oilfield Services Co.,Ltd.,the variation of OBM/SBM performance with 1.25 g/cm^(3) were investigated with different oil-water ratio(O/W)of 70∶30、75∶25、80∶20 and 85∶25.The results showed that the viscosity of drilling fluid decreased,the emulsion-breaking voltage(ES)increased,the high temperature and high pressure filtration(FL_(HTHP))decreased,and the 24 h sag factor(SF)were stable while the 72 h sag factor(SF)decreased with the increasing of oil-water ratio in drilling fluids.Furthermore,the importance of oilwater ratio on the rheological property in the OBM/SBM was also showed.
