摘要
针对高职环保类课程传统教学课堂效率低下等问题,本文提出基于成果导向的学生助教模式。依据专业教学标准和职业标准创设学习情景,设计学习小组学习任务单和学习成果考核要求;分类选拔理论教学助教、实践教学助教,扬长避短,分类进行考核、奖励;实施“课前预设任务、导学驱动—课中行动导向、合作探索—课后诊断改进、巩固提升”的任务驱动教学,该教学模式对实施线上线下混合式教学的课程均可适用,可推广性强。
In view of the low efficiency of traditional teaching of Environmental Protection courses in higher vocational colleges,a student assistant teaching model based on the result orientation was put forward.Creating learning situations according to professional and professional standards,designing study group learning task lists and assessment requirements for learning outcomes,selecting teaching assistants in theory and practice by classification,and developing strengths and avoid weaknesses,the task-driven teaching of“pre-class tasks,guidance-driven,action-oriented,cooperative exploration,improvement and consolidation of diagnosis after class”was carried out.This teaching mode can be applied to the course of on-line and off-line mixed teaching,and it can be popularized.
