钴/氮掺杂碳复合材料制备及电催化氧还原教学实验设计

Experimental Teaching Design for Preparation of Cobalt/Nitrogen Doped Carbon Composite and Electrocatalytic Oxygen Reduction

摘要 以硝酸钴与2-甲基咪唑为原料合成类沸石结构的骨架化合物ZIF-67作为前驱体,制备钴纳米颗粒负载的氮掺杂碳催化剂(Co@N-C)。通过X-射线粉末衍射、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜等确认材料的组成和结构,在碱性电解液中研究材料的电催化氧还原特性。实验涉及无机化学、分析化学等基本理论知识及基本实验操作,能够帮助学生对基础知识进一步掌握,并培养学生学以致用的能力。 Cobalt nanoparticles supported on nitrogen-doped carbon catalyst(Co@N-C)was prepared from the zeolite-like framework ZIF-67 precursor synthesized from cobalt nitrate and 2-methylimidazole.The composition and structure of the material were confirmed by X-ray powder diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,etc.The electrocatalytic oxygen reduction property of the material were studied in alkaline electrolyte.The experiment involved basic theoretical knowledge and basic experimental operations including inorganic chemistry and analytical chemistry,etc.,which could help students to further master the basic knowledge,and cultivate students'ability to apply what they learn.
