新时代高校学风建设存在的问题及对策探析 被引量:2

摘要 学风建设直接关系到人才培养的质量,培育优良学风是高校生存和发展的重要支柱。自1999年扩招以来,高校生源质量持续下降,学风问题日益凸显,人才培养质量受到严重影响。基于对2所大学的调查研究,阐述高校培育优良学风的现实意义,探析高校学风建设中存在的问题和原因,从社会、学校和学生三个维度提出培育优良学风的对策建议,以期为提升新时代高校学风建设工作质量提供借鉴和参考。 The construction of study style is directly related to the quality of personnel training,and cultivating a good study style is an important pillar for the survival and development of colleges and universities.Since the enrollment expansion in 1999,the quality of college students has continued to decline,the problem of study style has become increasingly prominent,and the quality of personnel training has been seriously affected.Based on the investigation and research of two universities,this paper expounds the practical significance of cultivating a good study style in colleges and universities,analyzes the problems and causes in the construction of study style in colleges and universities,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for cultivating a good study style from three dimensions of society,schools and students,in order to provide reference for improving the quality of the construction of study style in colleges and universities in the new era.
