基于成果导向的高职物流管理专业课程评价方式研究

Research on Evaluation Method of Higher Vocational Logistics Management Specialty Courses Based on Result Orientation

伴随着我国职业教育的大力发展,高等职业教育政策的不断出台,国家高度重视高等职业院校每个学生的发展,培养能够胜任一线生产、服务和管理的技能型人才,使每个学生都能学有所长。在这样的背景下,凸显出了成果导向教学理念的作用。基于此,研究基于成果导向的高职物流管理专业课程评价方式,并提出相应的改进措施,以期达到以评促改、以评促建的目的。

With the vigorous development of vocational education in China,the policies of higher vocational education have been introduced,the state attaches great importance to the development of each student in higher vocational colleges,and cultivates skilled talents capable of front-line production,service and management,so that each student can learn.In this context,the role of results-oriented teaching concept is highlighted.Based on this,this paper studies the evaluation method of higher vocational logistics management specialty courses based on result orientation,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures,in order to achieve the purpose of promoting reform and construction by evaluation.
