摘要
学术不端、科研失信案例频发,科研诚信建设日益受到重视。梳理我国科研诚信政策的大致情况,为科研诚信建设和科研诚信政策研究提供参考。文章基于1980—2022年的122份科研诚信政策文本,采用Excel、Python、Gephi等工具,对发布主体、发布时间、高频词、关键词、关键词共词网络和联合发布主体合作网络等进行计量分析。文章认为重视科研诚信建设、加强科研诚信教育、健全科研档案管理工作有助于进一步完善科研诚信建设,遏制科研失信问题。
Academic misconduct and scientific research dishonesty are frequent,and the construction of scientific research integrity is increasingly valued.To sort out the general situation of China's scientific researchintegrity policy,and provide reference for the construction of scientific research integrity and research on scientific research integrity policy.Based on 122 scientific research integrity policy texts from 1980 to 2022,this paper uses Excel,Python,Gephi,etc.to conduct quantitative analysis on the publishing subject,publishing time,high-frequency words,keywords,keywords coinage network,and cooperative network of jointpublishing subjects.The article believes that attaching importance to the construction of scientific researchintegrity,strengthening the education of scientific research integrity and improving the management of scientific research archives will help to further improve the construction of scientific research integrity and curb theproblem of scientific research dishonesty.
