欠发达地区农村居民公共数字文化服务参与意愿研究——基于吉林省汪清县八村的调查

On the Willingness of Rural Residents to Participate in Public Digital Cultural Services in Underdeveloped Areas:Based on the Investigation of Eight Villages in Wangqing County,Jilin Province

通过对吉林省汪清县的实地调研,发现目前影响农村居民参与公共数字文化服务意愿的因素主要包括利益相关度、农户家庭特征、公共数字文化供给的多样性、公共数字文化技术满意度以及公民文化权利意识等。提出应该从营造文化环境、优化供给结构、创新文化内容、完善保障措施等几个方面采取措施。在充分发挥政府主导作用前提下,激发欠发达地区农村居民公共数字文化服务的参与热情,引导农村居民积极参与公共数字文化服务。

Through the field study of Wangqing County,Jilin Province,this paper finds factors affecting the willingness of rural residents to participate in public digital culture services include farmers'family characteristics,the diversity of public digital culture supply,public digital culture technology satisfaction and citizens'awareness of cultural rights.It is proposed that measures should be taken from the aspects of creating cultural environment,optimizing supply structure,innovating cultural content and perfecting safeguard measures.On the premise of giving full play to the leading role of the government,we should stimulate the enthusiasm of rural residents to participate in public digital cultural services and guide rural residents to actively participate in public digital cultural services.
