A Brief Introduction to the Marxist Theoretical Roots of Chinese Modernization

学习贯彻党的二十大精神,深入挖掘中国式现代化的马克思主义理论根基尤为必要。中国式现代化旗帜鲜明地以马克思主义理论为指导,其生成与演进始终依托马克思主义理论根基,不仅表现为对马克思主义理论的深刻认识与充分把握,也体现在运用马克思主义科学方法解决实际问题、指导中国式现代化道路探索,更展现为在“两个结合”中推动马克思主义理论的创新与创造,实现马克思主义理论在中国的继往开来与开拓创新。准确解读中国式现代化的马克思主义理论根基可从三条理论路径着手。一是理论认识路径,基于马克思世界历史理论的现代化新构想,为中国式现代化道路开辟并呈显为一种非西方资本主义现代化的另类方案提供了理论支撑。二是理论运用路径,马克思主义一以贯之的唯物辩证法、历史唯物主义、政治经济学批判等科学方法,为中国式现代化道路奠定了方法论准备。三是理论发展路径,马克思主义中国化理论创新为中国式现代化提供科学指引,贯穿于中国式现代化发展过程的始终。

It is particularly necessary to study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and probe into the theoretical foundation of Marxism for Chinese-style modernization.Marxist theory has always served as the cornerstone upon which Chinese modernization has been built,both in its inception and evolution.This includes not only a profound understanding and full grasp of Marxist theory but also the use of Marxist scientific methods to solve practical problems and guide the exploration of Chinese modernization,as well as the application of the“two combinations”.An accurate interpretation of the Marxist theoretical foundation of Chinese modernization can be achieved through the following three theoretical approaches.Firstly,the theoretical understanding path is based on Marx’s world history theory and the new concept of modernization.This provides theoretical support for opening up the Chinese modernization road and presents itself as a non-Western capitalist modernization alternative.Secondly,the theoretical application path involves the consistent application of materialistic dialectics and historical materialism in Marxism.These methods provide a powerful tool for understanding the complex and dynamic processes of modernization.The third one is the theoretical development path,in which the theoretical innovation of Marxism into Chinese modernization provides scientific guidance for the entire process of Chinese modernization.
