水果黄瓜新品种“夏美160”的选育

Breeding of A New Fruit Cucumber Cultivar‘Xiamei 160’

夏美160是以C91-3为母本,C93-8-3-3-1-1-1为父本配制而成的杂交一代水果黄瓜新品种。其生长势强,全雌性,耐低温、弱光,尤其是在低温环境下仍能够持续坐果;瓜长15~19cm,横径3cm左右,单果质量90~120g;果肉绿色,品质脆嫩、清甜;果皮深绿色,无刺瘤;抗霜霉病、白粉病;平均667 m^(2)产量达9888.8 kg。适宜江苏、山东、河南等保护地栽培。

‘Xiamei 160’was a new hybrid fruit cucumber cultivar crossed by C91-3 as the female parent and C93-8-3-3-1-1-1 as the male parent.‘Xiamei 160’had strong growth vigor,all female,resistant to low temperatures and weak light,and could sustain fruit setting in low temperature environments.The melon had a length of 15-19 cm,a transverse diameter of about 3 cm and single fruit weight of 90-120 g.The flesh was green and the quality was crispy,tender and sweet.The fruit skin was dark green and free from thorns.‘Xiamei 160’was resistance to downy mildew and powdery mildew,whose average yield could reach 9888.8 kg per 667 m^(2).It was suitable for cultivation in protected areas such as Jiangsu,Shandong,Henan and so on.
