摘要
目的:研究不同注气法压迫止血对行经皮冠状动脉介入术(Percutaneous Coronary Intervention,PCI)患者有效止血率、术后疼痛程度及末梢氧饱和度的影响。方法:选取本院2021年5月至2022年5月期间107例行PCI患者,随机分为两组,两组患者均使用气囊桡动脉压迫器止血,对照组53例采用常规注气法,观察组54例采用个体化控压注气法,对比两组有效止血率、疼痛程度、末梢氧饱和度和并发症。结果:两组患者有效止血率、术后1h疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)比较无统计学差异,但观察组术后2 h、3 h、4 h VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);术前、术后4 h两组患者末梢氧饱和度无统计学差异,但术后1 h、2 h、3 h观察组末梢氧饱和度高于对照组(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:个体化控压注气法与常规注气法在行PCI患者中压迫止血效果相当,但个体化控压注气法在减轻患者疼痛程度、保持良好末梢循环方面优于常规注气法。
Objective:To investigate the effects of different gas injection methods on effective hemostasis rate,postoperative pain and peripheral oxygen saturation in patients undergoing Percutaneous Coronary Intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 107 patients who underwent PCI from May 2021 to May 2022 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.Balloon radial artery compressors were used to stop bleeding in both groups.53 patients in the control group were received conventional air injection,and 54 patients in the observation group were received individuated controlled pressure air injection.The effective hemostatic rate,pain degree,peripheral oxygen saturation and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in the effective hemostatic rate and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score at 1 h after surgery between the two groups,but the VAS scores of the observation group at 2 h,3 h and 4 h after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in peripheral oxygen saturation between the two groups before surgery and 4 h after surgery,but the peripheral oxygen saturations at 1 h,2 h,3 h after surgery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups.Conclusion:The effect of individualized controlled pressure gas injection on compression and hemostasis in PCI patients is comparable to that of conventional gas injection,but individualized controlled pressure gas injection is superior to conventional gas injection in reducing pain degree and maintaining good peripheral circulation.
