乡村振兴视域下农民主体性构造现状分析与重塑路径

农民是乡村振兴战略的实施主体,也是动力之源。农民主体性发挥结果影响着乡村振兴战略的实施成效。在战略具体实践中,由于主客观因素制约,农民主体性认知缺失的问题始终未得到有效解决。这主要体现在农民主体性构建过程缺乏组织引导,乡村精神文化补给不足以及农民的经济效益尚未充分挖掘。在乡村振兴战略实施过程中,中央及地方政府要注意妥善处理理想与现实的张力,有效防范风险危机。针对乡村振兴中农民主体性缺失的现状样态,该文提出相应的纾解对策,要求夯实制度基础,筑牢思想堤坝,强化技术赋能,寻求一条资源整合、多要素协同发力的整体化建构路径,以期实现农民主体性建构,激发农民的内生动力,从而助力乡村振兴工作。

Farmers are not only the main body of the rural revitalization strategy,but also the source of power.The result of the exertion of farmers'subjectivity affects the effectiveness of the strategy of rural revitalization.In the specific practice of the strategy,due to the restriction of subjective and objective factors,the problem of farmers'lack of subjectivity cognition has not been effectively solved.This is mainly reflected in the lack of organizational guidance in the process of building farmers'subjectivity,the lack of spiritual and cultural supplies in rural areas,and the economic benefits of farmers have not been fully excavated.In the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,the central and local governments should pay attention to properly deal with the tension between ideal and reality,and effectively prevent the risk crisis.In view of the current situation of the lack of farmers'subjectivity in rural revitalization,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,which requires tamping the institutional foundation,building ideological dams and strengthening technological empowering,and seeking an integrated construction path of resource integration and multi-factor coordination,in order to realize the construction of farmers'subjectivity and stimulate farmers'endogenous power,so as to help the work of rural revitalization.
