摘要
通过对乌兰察布市2023年4月2日至4日大范围的强降水天气过程进行分析,并对人工增雨作业情况进行总结,此次降水过程量为19.8~58.7 mm,最大积雪深度23 cm,此次降水过程降水量级较大,突破同期历史极值。针对此次过程,抓住有利时机积极开展人工增雨作业,作业效果明显。此次降水过程人工增雨效果显著,可有效缓解干旱,极大改善土壤墒情,对牧草返青、湿地湖泊补水十分有利,降水增加空气和地表湿度,对降低森林草原火险等级有积极作用,更能抑制沙尘天气发展,有效净化空气,同时,为小麦、马铃薯、玉米和燕麦等经济作物种植提供有利条件,对当地农牧业生产起到指导作用,促进农业经济有利发展。
Through the analysis of the large-scale heavy precipitation weather process in Wulanchabu City from April 2 to 4,2023,and the summary of the artificial precipitation operation,the precipitation process is between 19.8 and 58.7 mm,and the maximum snow depth is 23 cm.The precipitation process is of a large order of magnitude,breaking through the historical extreme value of the same period.In view of this process,seize the favorable opportunity to actively carry out artificial rain enhancement operation,the operation effect is obvious.The artificial rain enhancement effect of this precipitation process is remarkable,which can effectively alleviate the drought,greatly improve the soil moisture,and is also very beneficial to the greening of forage grass and the replenishment of wetlands and lakes.Precipitation will increase the air and surface humidity,play a positive role in reducing the fire danger level of forest and grassland,restrain the development of sand and dust weather,and effectively purify the air.At the same time,it provides favorable conditions for the planting of economic crops such as wheat,potato,corn and oats.It plays a guiding role in local agriculture and animal husbandry production and promotes the favorable development of agricultural economy.
