摘要
随着现代农业生物科技的发展,转基因技术映入眼帘,转基因作物种植面积日益增加使得人们对转基因的安全问题也有争议,从而导致转基因作物检测方法备受注目。国内外学者对于转基因作物检测领域的研究主要体现在光谱检测方法和传统检测方法两方面。为避免传统检测中高成本,低准确率的状况,学者在光谱检测领域上做出多项研究。两类检测方法均被广泛应用于各行各业,但在两者研究中仍然存在着不足之处需要改进。
With the development of modern agricultural biotechnology,genetically modified technology has emerged,and the increasing planting area of genetically modified crops has led to controversy over the safety issues of genetically modified crops,hence the attention paid to the detection methods of genetically modified crops.Domestic and foreign scholars'research in the field of genetically modified crop detection is mainly reflected in two aspects:spectral detection methods and traditional detection methods.In order to reduce the high cost and low accuracy of traditional detection,scholars have conducted multiple studies in the field of spectral detection.Both types of detection methods are widely used in various industries,but there are still shortcomings that need to be improved in their research.
