“厕所革命”视域下美丽乡村建设路径研究

建设生态宜居的美丽乡村,是广大农民对美好生活的所思所想所盼。美丽乡村建设将“厕所革命”作为重要推手,改善农村人居环境,加快建设生态宜居的美丽家园。基于此,该文阐述推进“厕所革命”对美丽乡村建设的重要性,科学分析“厕所革命”视域下美丽乡村建设存在的现实困境,并以政府治理、村民参与和市场调节为三大中心,探索“厕所革命”推进美丽乡村建设的有效治理路径。

Building beautiful and livable ecological villages is the aspiration of the vast number of farmers for a better life.The construction of beautiful villages takes the"toilet revolution"as an important driving force to improve the rural living environment and accelerate the construction of beautiful homes that are ecologically livable.Based on this,the article expounds the importance of promoting the"toilet revolution"for the construction of beautiful villages,scientifically analyzes the existing practical difficulties in the construction of beautiful villages under the perspective of the"toilet revolution",and explores an effective governance path for promoting the"toilet revolution"to"beautiful village construction"with three centers:government governance,village participation,and market regulation.
